We’ve been living with our new kitchen for 4-5 months. We wanted to live past the post-project buzz and write a review after some settling-in time. We can say without a doubt this has been life-changing for us. However, our family still revolves around mealtime to connect and relax in this busy world. Our original kitchen was an obstacle to this. It was obsolete and had a bad design. Completely unfunctional, had no flow, and every meal felt like extra work to produce.
Mark came in with suggestions we had never thought of. He gave us a design that took our lifestyle and big and little wish-list ideas into consideration. He made use of every inch of space we had to work with. This level of collaboration, attention to detail, and an evident passion for excellence were vital to this project’s success. Now we have a kitchen that flows, unique and unexpected quietly, and features we wanted but didn’t think possible; my coffee bar (yes!), a sit-down breakfast bar, and a panel door to shut off the laundry room noise!
